Participants will learn about 1) the behavioral norms and expectations of their generation as reported by generational researchers, 2) the behaviors and expectations that employers have for new and upwardly mobile employees, regardless of generational differences, that fit into the cultural norms of the workplace, and 3) how to modify expectations and behaviors (reality check) to coincide with what employers want to see and, most importantly, some of the true-to-life realities of the real work world.
